VIRTUAL TOURS & HD VIDEOS

D. Roberts Photography provides the additional services of creating and hosting Virtual Tours from the photographs we capture for you. This is a complimentary service and Internet hosting of the tour is provided as long as the home is listed. Updates to the tour are provided free of charge, as well - just send an e-mail with the change, and it will be made.

The Virtual Tour includes a slide show capable of enlarging to a high resolution full-screen display, as well as an audio control interface for musical accompaniment, and social media sharing buttons.

The Virtual Tour is created in HTML5 with JAVA, and is not Flash-based, so is guaranteed to play on any device - smartphones, pads, conventional computers, and laptops

Here is an example of the Virtual Tour. This can be nested in any web page on your own personal website and calls the tour from where it is hosted on the D. Roberts Photography virtual tour hosting server (so no space or bandwith on your website is being used):

These Virtual Tours are IDX-Compliant, therefore the link to the tour provided can be placed on the listing on KAARMLS. Just copy the link from the distribution email sent when the photos are completed and paste into the provided space on the Add/Change page for the listing. Be sure to check the box marked to open an additional browser window to view the tour. It will not expand to full screen if this is not done, and is therefore confined to the small frame of the MLS picture viewing window.

We also provide, upon request only, an HD .avi video that can be uploaded to YouTube or other such video services on the Internet. The video is essentially the same content as the virtual tour, but presented as a video for continuous streaming from whatever site it's hosted on. If you require a video be generated, please state so when requesting a booking. This is also a complimentary service provide when booking a home photgraphy package.
